The Rezidor Hotel Group has launched a special offer for travel agents.
The company shared that until the end of 2009 travel agents benefit from a unique 50 percent discount on the retail rate in all hotels of the brands Radisson Blu, Park Inn, Country Inn, The Regent and Hotel Missoni across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Rezidor has integrated the 50% offer in the latest “Look to Book” campaign, and further promotes it with direct mailings to travel agents, distribution through consortia intranet pages, banner advertising on trade websites, sales calls and postcards.
The discount is valid for any stay with a maximum of five consecutive nights.
As an added value for those who want to travel outside the borders of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the 50% discount offer even applies to all further Carlson hotels worldwide (Rezidor is Carlson’s franchisee in EMEA) – the total portfolio of destinations features more than 1,000 properties in 73 countries.
The Rezidor Group, which operates Carlson Cos. hotels in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, has reportedly said that it will focus on expanding business in emerging markets, acquiring distressed assets and on franchising, which doesn't require upfront capital.
