TUI Travel forms new enlarged Online Destination Services sector

It will now be jointly led by Joan Vilà and Wolfgang Bremer, as joint Sector Managing Directors, until Bremer's retirement by the end of 2008.

TUI shared that the new ODS Sector will have two major business areas: B2B, focussed on the business with tour operators, travel agents, cruise lines and other corporate customers, and B2C, including the online businesses selling directly to the final customer.

The B2B will have two different divisions: Hotelbeds and Portfolio Incoming Division (former TUI Incoming which includes TUI España).

Carlos Muñoz, former ODS Operations Director, will be the Hotelbeds Managing Director . Stefan Dapper, coming from L'tur (tour operator within the Group), will be the Portfolio Incoming division Managing Director.

The B2C division will be led by Joan Vilà.

In addition to comppany's most recent acquisition, Asiarooms, the division will now include Laterooms, led by Chris Allen, Chris Morris, and Tony Walsh. This division also includes Hotelopia business led by Jordi Cerdó as Managing Director, who will also lead the development of Laterooms Spain.

The three divisions will be supported by sector functions based in Palma. The headquarters support functions for the Portfolio Incoming division will move from Hannover to Palma after a transition period.

The Online Destination Services Sector Board will be composed of:

· Wolfgang Bremer, Sector MD

· Joan Vilà, Sector MD

· Stefan Dapper, MD Portfolio Incoming

· Carlos Muñoz, MD Hotelbeds

· Andrés García, Finance Director

· Marina Zapp, HR Director

· Noemi Navarro, Head of Legal Affairs (as Board Secretary).

The B2C businesses and the two B2B divisions will also have their respective Boards.
