Air France-KLM has chosen iSeatz’s booking engine as it plans to widen its product portfolio through klm.com.
The airline will work in partnership with iSeatz to create and implement one-stop shopping on its carriers’ sites, beginning with the launch of an enhanced KLM.com and followed by the re-launch of Martinair.com.
Martijn van der Zee, vice president e-commerce, Air France-KLM, stated the company is looking at “establishing a solid stream of ancillary revenue”.
Air France-KLM will use the iSeatz OneView platform, a proprietary content and inventory aggregation application.
iSeatz OneView integrates into users key customer touch points, providing access to over 200,000 service and product providers. For iSeatz, the development signals its expansion into Europe.
