David V. Jones will continue to lead Amadeus as president and CEO through 2010 and will be succeeded in January 2011 by present Deputy CEO and until now also CFO, Luis Maroto.
Jones will work closely with Maroto and with the entire senior executive team to ensure a smooth transition in the coming months.
Amadeus also announced the appointment of Ana de Pro as new CFO, replacing Maroto. Prior to joining Amadeus, she held senior management positions at Arthur Andersen, Metrovacesa and Sacyr Vallehermoso.
Sabine Hansen Peck has been appointed vice president, human resources, responsible for Group HR worldwide.
