RoomSaver.com has released its new Apple iPad app, Android app, and upgraded Apple iPhone app. The apps are designed to help travellers find hotel coupons and deals.

The GPS-enabled mobile and tablet applications will allow customers to search, locate and access coupons or call hotels in the areas where they are traveling.

These applications also provide travellers the opportunity to share these deals with their friends via social media platforms and email. All apps have features that allow users to view discount hotel coupons and recent searches and also save their favourites. An interactive map can zoom in and out and assist in pinpointing the exact location of hotels.

“Mobile browsing continues to gain exposure in the hotel industry,” said Mark Novak, vice president/general manager of Travel Media Group, “and it is important that travellers have a method to search for the best hotel deals available. Launching applications on both Apple’s iOS and the Android platform allows us to get our hoteliers’ message in front of an ever-growing demographic.”

Both the Apple iPad and Apple iPhone apps require users to be operating iOS 3.2 or later. The Android app requires users to be operating Android 2.1 and up. All apps are free of charge.
