The new initiative is the latest addition to Jet’s existing offering such as real-time flight updates and prior check-in through SMS.
Sudheer Raghavan, chief commercial officer, Jet Airways, said this initiative, the first of its kind in the domestic civil aviation industry, “is designed to seamlessly offer guests information on the lowest possible fares at that moment”.
