KLM.com has become the first website to utilise iSeatz’s In-Path Plus technology platform.
According to an official release, In-Path Plus enables iSeatz to directly manage the user experience for its clients by adding new products and technological upgrades to the site, while featuring the single checkout process and functionality that iSeatz’s original In-Path solution also offers.
This new full-service approach are aimed at materially decreasing time to market, launch costs, and total cost of ownership over the lifetime of the implementation.
iSeatz’s engagement with KLM began in 2009 with the creation and launch of a customised private-label booking engine on klm.com.
