LOT Polish Airlines has launched a mobile phone version of its website. With this initiative, the airline has made bookings and a range of additional services more accessible for business travellers.
Available for most users of mobile phones and other palmtop equipment at mobile.lot.com, the service enables travellers to make quick and easy ticket purchases, monitor current LOT promotions and flight schedules, and to browse through other data located at www.lot.com.
In addition to buying their tickets, passengers can check-in online and obtain a range of detailed information on their planned journey, on-board service and regulations.
Mobile.lot.com is the cheapest and most convenient way to buy a LOT ticket for all mobile phone and palmtop owners, said LOT's sales director Wojciech Wiśniewski.
Wiśniewski added, "Information on our newest promotions, low prices, attractive destinations and other services, previously provided online only, is now available to customers on the move - allowing busy business travellers to make the best possible use of their time."
