Pegasus Solutions finalises five key management positions

Pegasus Solutions has made five appointments, with appointees bringing in more than 100 years combined experience in the hospitality and technology industries.

Pegasus Solutions has made five appointments, with appointees bringing in more than 100 years combined experience in the hospitality and technology industries.

The appointments are as follows:

· Mark S. Dubrow has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will maintain his current role as president of Pegasus Financial Services, while assuming the overall responsibility for finance and accounting.

· Mel Kemp has been appointed senior vice president, global operations and service delivery, where he will take on the responsibility for service delivery in reservations services and electronic distribution.

· Steve Lapekas has been promoted to senior vice president, corporate business development and chief technology officer. In addition to maintaining chief technology responsibilities for the company and leading product management and consulting, Lapekas will now manage business development through mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances.

· Aaron Shepherd, who joined Pegasus following its acquisition of GuestClick in 2007, has been appointed chief information officer. In this role, Shepherd will expand his information technology leadership to the entire Pegasus operation with a charge to take Pegasus' next generation framework beyond reservations services.

· Andrew Stringer has been named senior vice president, human resources.
