Canadian tour operator Transat Holidays has chosen Revelex to develop its online cruise booking engine.

Prior to implementing the Revelex platform, Transat Holidays only had the capability for travel agents to book cruise travel by phone.

Using Revelex's solution, travel agents can now book cruise travel anytime, anywhere through Transat's business-to-business website, providing complete accessibility, flexibility and reduced wait times.

Transat was on look-out for an online system that could easily adapt to its existing tour model while providing travel agents with a wide range of travel options.

"Revelex provides us with an intuitive, user-friendly tool that allows our agents to maximize their time and enhance customer service abilities," said Yannick Leroux, Transat Holiday's project director. "A prime example is during wave season. Our agents now have the option of calling in or booking directly online, which will improve customer satisfaction."
