Hertz to offer a range of travel products on its site

In what is being described as a car rental industry first, Hertz has launched a one-stop shop for booking the ultimate holiday experience including car hire and travel extras. Hertz has teamed up with a number of partners for the same.

Get More from Hertz provides travellers access to a range of moneysaving day-trips, hotels, airport parking, and travel insurance available www.hertz.co.uk.

The company has tied up with isango!, Holiday Extras, Hotelopia and Mondial.

Lesley Lindberg, Marketing Director, Hertz Europe Ltd, said: "Get More from Hertz is an innovative new offering from Hertz which gives customers access to travel products directly through our website. Shopping online for holidays and travel is increasingly popular and in today's fast paced society this one-stop-shop will appeal to travellers looking for an online outlet that caters for all of their travel needs."

In another development, online travel site Opodo has renewed its long-standing contract with Hertz. The collaboration allows new and existing Opodo customers from France, Germany, Italy and the UK access to a `one stop shop' for booking flights and car rental around the world among other offerings.
