This highly successful and dynamic online travel company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Distribution to deliver the strategic vision of E - Distribution in the UK through the effective management of 3rd party white-labels and XML.

As the Head of Distribution - France you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Direct a team of experienced Account Managers, Business Developers and/or alliance/partnership specialists for major accounts/alliances /partnerships
* Full HR responsibility, including any necessary employee actions
* Develop strategic direction of products for the accounts/alliances/partnerships and prioritise delivery of products and services
* Coordinate strategy and delivery across the company with product marketing and product delivery
* Manage account/ alliance /partnership P&L
* Responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with the account/alliance/partnership, including sales to the accounts
* Identify, create and manage business relationships with select companies to develop solutions and/or create complimentary products
* Define mutual goals and objectives and build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance
* Provide for financial analysis, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential partnerships
* Establish metrics to assess the sales impact of the solutions in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance
* Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
