Need a Business Development Manager Nordic
KDS Business Development Managers engage with both existing partners as well as with new potential partners in the region. The role includes ownership of strategic partnerships in the region, with the objective of increasing indirect sales revenue. The role also offers an opportunity and requirement to drive and close new partnership and customer opportunities. This is a strategic position that is highly valued within the company.
Responsibilities:
• Drive development in the region of new potential partnerships as well as management of existing partners with focus on expansions and indirect sales
• Drive sales, RFP processes, increase awareness of KDS in the region
• Drive indirect revenue based on common KPI and objectives with partners
• Lead activities with KDS and the Partner teams to ensure increased revenue, regional expansions, ensure quality of communication and partner satisfaction
Requirements:
• 4 or more years’ experience in Business Development / Partner Management with strong sales focus.
• Significant experience with expense management solutions strongly preferred
• Strong experience with software and/or web technologies
• Knowledge of corporate travel industry a plus
• Results-oriented and self-motivated required
• Strategic thinking and strategic leadership will help you be successful
Excellent written and oral business communication skills. Good grasp of English.
• Experience with or ability to manage contract processes and complex customer/partner requirements
