CONTOUR, a complete technology solution for travel management and distribution, will enable Nouvelles Frontières to expand its electronic distribution, deliver more flexible packaging and introduce new efficiencies across its operations.

“The replacement of our current reservation system had become vital in order to undertake new initiatives in online distribution and dynamic packaging,” explained Eric Debry, President of Nouvelles Frontières.

“We’ve chosen CONTOUR after an extensive selection process, through workshops organized with the efforts of more than a hundred employees across 47 departments. CONTOUR’s extremely rich functionality should allow us to enhance our dynamic packaging production models and introduce new e-commerce solutions for travel agents and customers. For 2009, we expect to achieve a 30 percent reduction in IT system costs among other important gains in productivity and efficiency,” said Debry.
