Richard Branson’s lifestyle accommodation baby launched in January 2015 and here we hear how they did it

The announcement that Virgin was going to open a hotel chain came in 2010. It took a while to open the doors to the first hotel, but they wanted to get it right. The result is a lifestyle hotel, which is cool but inclusive, and is a champion of the consumer, says Doug Carrillo, Vice President Sales & Marketing, Virgin Hotels.

This free video highlights some of the lifestyle chain’s early marketing material, which, says Carrillo, have great storytelling, helped by user generated content, at the core.
