Sabre Travel Network has chosen The Miller Company to develop and operate its Sabre Rewards Plus Agent Appreciation Program.

“Our goal is to provide the most comprehensive end-to-end travel products and solutions to agencies servicing the leisure and corporate markets - and Sabre Rewards is an integral part of this portfolio,” said Dan Westbrook, vice president – merchandising, Sabre Travel Network.

“The Miller Company was an important partner in launching the Sabre Rewards Plus program. A scaleable member website launched in less than eight weeks and was customised to handle the complexities of the travel industry. While still new, the programme is already recognising cost savings as a result of the new platform,” said Westbrook.

According to an official release, the new Sabre Rewards Plus Agent Appreciation Program provides travel professionals with a broad array of opportunities to earn and redeem valuable rewards, including activities designed to enhance their professional knowledge.

Travel agents in the US and Canada can now earn points redeemable for retail brand merchandise, gift cards, travel perks and educational opportunities, on top of commissions and service fees, by booking travel through Sabre’s TripTailorTM and Agent59.

The Sabre Rewards Plus web site (www.sabrerewardsplus.com) allows agents to track:

• Account details like activities and points earned.

• Wish lists of desired items available through a quick and easy online catalog.

• Special offers like supplier deals, travel tool demos and surveys that allow agents to earn additional points.
