The West Paces Hotel Group has chosen TIG Global as its Internet marketing agency of record for the Solís Hotels and Resorts brand and its independently managed hotels.

The West Paces Hotel Group has chosen TIG Global as its Internet marketing agency of record for the Solís Hotels and Resorts brand and its independently managed hotels.

TIG Global will provide West Paces with web presence management and strategic marketing services in order to maximise online visibility, capture incremental demand, and drive direct Internet revenue. These programmes include website design and development, search engine optimisation, pay-per-click marketing, strategic linking and online advertising, email marketing, revenue tracking and reporting, and proactive client support.

Bob Warman, executive vice-president and chief operating officer, The West Paces Hotel Group said, “Our upscale hotels and resorts combine a new sense of luxury with superior customer service. Our goal in working with TIG Global is to showcase our distinct, premier accommodations online in order to generate awareness among sophisticated travelers and drive direct incremental revenue.”

On behalf of each hotel, TIG Global will develop, implement, and manage highly customised Internet marketing plans focused on targeting the discerning luxury travel market by leveraging the unique experiences and customer service standards of the West Paces hotels.
