Travelocity selects iCrossing for paid search management

Travelocity has chosen digital marketing firm iCrossing as its agency of record for paid search.

iCrossing will provide paid search management for several Travelocity brands including Travelocity.com, Travelocity.ca and Travelocitybusiness.com. Travelocity will also make use of iCrossing’s customer analytics and overall SEO capabilities.

“Travelocity understands that search is more than a text link,” said Jeffrey Herzog, CEO, iCrossing. “As agency of record, we will develop and implement the strategies that speak directly to online travel consumers and help Travelocity create relevant and engaging online customer experiences.”

Over the past six months, iCrossing has strengthened its paid search and analytics offerings. In December of last year, iCrossing acquired NewGate Internet, a San Francisco paid search firm in the retail sector. In February this year, iCrossing acquired advanced analytics technology provider Sharp Analytics.
