Lufthansa has come up with new offering eXperts, a new web-based tool designed exclusively for front line travel agents to provide them with up-to-date product information, news, booking tips, special fares, quizzes and much more.

Lufthansa has come up with new offering eXperts, a new web-based tool designed exclusively for front line travel agents to provide them with up-to-date product information, news, booking tips, special fares, quizzes and much more.

Gabriela Ahrens, Lufthansa general manager, Australia, reportedly said:
"Just as we aim to provide our passengers with the best service, we aim
to look after our travel partners. We appreciate the support of the
travel agent community in Australia and have launched this website to
provide additional information and help to the frontline experts,
keeping them on their toes and adding a bit of fun with the regular
quizzes."

"The Lufthansa eXperts program, designed for agents who sell
international travel, keeps members on top of news and information about
the airline's products and services, network updates and passenger
promotions. As well as being kept informed, eXperts benefit from
exclusive fares, contests, perks and privileges. Six times a year they
receive the eXperts newsletter, eXpress, and they have their own private
website," said the company.

As per the information available, eXperts members will have 24/7 access
to a password protected website, where they will be able to send their
waitlist requests, request group quotes, provide feedback and view the
latest Lufthansa news, including fleet and classes.
