Open Destinations, a software and services provider to the travel sector, has appointed Naveed Younus as its CTO & Product Director.

Younus, former Vice President and CIO for International Markets at Travelport (Galileo), assumes responsibility for enriching Open Destinations' product suite offering software and outsourcing services worldwide.

Apart from Younus, Eddie Robertson has joined the company as the Operations Director with responsibility for delivery of Open Destinations technology.

Prior to joining Open Destinations, Eddie has consulted for the likes of Travelodge and Whitbread Hotels.

The company's portfolio of products and services covers four core areas: travel selling systems, scheduled and private fares, travel e-commerce and business process outsourcing (BPO). Clients include Abercrombie & Kent, Bales Worldwide, Gulliver's Sports Travel, First Choice, JAC Travel, Isango, and Cheapflights.co.uk.
