Marriott International has decided to implement TravelCLICK Hotelligence in 150 of its select service and extended stay properties.

These include Courtyard, Residence Inn, Fairfield Inn, TownePlace Suites, and SpringHill Suites.

These reports will provide Marriott properties with insight on bookings history for thousands of travel agents worldwide using the Global Distribution System (GDS), including information on booking sources, rates, and length-of-stay patterns for their individual hotels and for hotels they define as their competitors.

Chris Rockett, executive vice president for TravelCLICK, said market intelligence should be viewed as an essential tool “for uncovering new revenue opportunities, protecting market share, and identifying unproductive rate strategies”.
