Accor has announced the appointment of Paulo Salvador as vice president relationship and Internet marketing.

With this appointment, the company is gearing up for “new projects in the areas of customer loyalty and web-based relationship marketing”.

Since 1997, Salvador has been vice president marketing and sales at Accor Latin America, where he helped to position and develop Accor and its Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, Parthenon and Formule 1 brands.

Eric Lepleux, executive vice president hotels and brands marketing, said: “We are delighted to be able to draw on Paulo’s expertise and ten years of international experience to launch a new vision and new projects in the areas of customer loyalty and Web-based relationship marketing.”
