Rosewood Hotels and Resorts has expanded its relationship with SynXis to include SynXis’ international private-label call centre services.

Rosewood Hotels and Resorts has expanded its relationship with SynXis to include SynXis’ international private-label call centre services.

SynXis, the Sabre Holdings business that provides reservation management, distribution and technology services for hotels, shared that Rosewood will now manage all channels through the RedX Distribution Management System including GDS, IDS, CRO, and bookings coming from their own websites.

“Because each Rosewood property offers its guests a unique lodging experience, Rosewood believes its voice sales agents must be well versed in the unique features of each individual hotel. SynXis is able to meet Rosewood’s need by putting all SynXis voice agents through a rigorous training curriculum, both on the properties they will sell, and also on general sales techniques and customer service. SynXis’ “sell with heart” methodology will ensure Rosewood’s future guests receive Rosewood-quality service from the first call onwards,” stated a release.

Rosewood Hotels and Resorts’ properties include the famed Mansion on Turtle Creek, A Rosewood Hotel in Dallas and The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel in New York.

Bob Boulogne, chief operating officer, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts said, “By taking advantage of their South American centre we are benefiting with expanded language offerings, 24/7 coverage and cost savings to us.”
